Dave Viterna has been playing guitar and singing professionally since 1979 throughout the WNY area and plays annually over 160 shows. He has several album credits including two CDs of original material available: “104 Blues” released in 1998 and “Take a Good Look,” released in 2001. Two more very hotly anticipated CDs are in the works to be released soon.

He continues to perform both as a solo act and with his band, The Dave Viterna Group. A night with him could range from any number of his original songs such as the bluesy “Take a Good Look” to the tailwaggin’ “Little Miss Perfection” along with great music from notables such as Allman Bros, Elmore James, Stevie Ray Vaughn, Jimi Hendrix, Howlin Wolf, and Eric Clapton, to name a few. And on any given night you still can hear great rock classics from bands like the Animals to the Doors to the Rolling Stones or classic Canadian acts like Neil Young. If you are looking for some variety and something with an extra punch you should make it a point to go experience the soulful guitar playing and vocals of Dave Viterna!!

Parker is a native of Buffalo N.Y.. Being brought up in a musical family peaked his passion for music at an early age. At around 13 years old he began to play gigs with Brother Kenny on sax and Dad on guitar, mostly house gigs but also at Dads gigs in between sets. Although heavily influenced by jazz and rhythm & blues heard growing up, he developed his own rhythm and style that is unique and hard to match. He was quickly established on the Buffalo music scene as a well known and sought after bass player. His booming rapid fire licks earned him the name “Freightrain from New York musicians as he always leaps into the depths of the rhythm section with the strength of a Train.

Parker moved to Florida in the mid 90’s ready for new challenge. With help from friend and mentor Johnny “Clyde” Copeland, Parker was connected with internationally acclaimed blues artist Rock Bottom, whom he recorded with and toured with over much of the late 90’s. His mainstay status on the Tampa Bay blues scene was established as “Freightrain” was not only known for his bass playing but also for his soulful lead and powerful backup vocals.

Parker has also toured internationally with Texas bluesman Sherman Robertson, Chief James Billie and over the past several years has toured both the U.S. and Canada with award winning Canadian artist Paul Reddick and his band the Sidemen. More recently he has been seen filling in with Big Bill Morganfield the son of legendary blues man Muddy Waters.

Currently Freightrain is back on the local Buffalo music scene, Check him out with his own Project “Freightrain & Friends” and also The Willie Haddath Band, and many others…

Dave Constantino has a tasteful & polished blues rock style that has made him a legendary Western New York and National Guitarist and Singer. In the mid sixties he founded the Tweeds and wrote the 1967 regional hit “A Thing of the Past”. In the early seventies he joined forces with drummer Paul Varga and Bassist Billy Sheehan to form the powerhouse trio, Talas. Talas became a Western New York success story and gained international recognition with classics like Dave’s song, “See Saw”. Their popularity extended into the 1990’s when they played reunion concerts to sold out shows, which led to live CD releases and international concerts. Dave has established himself as a regional icon with bands like Shyboy and most recently, The Dave Constantino Band with David Pressley and Tom Reinhardt. The Dave Constantino Band performs throughout Western New York and released “Bump in the Road” and “Touch” to rave reviews.
